Who starts the accreditation process and does the initial work? Myself or BRnX Travel?

BRnX contacts the home inspector and initiates the process to ensure your property meets all local Rules and Regulatory standards

Air DNA says if a property is positioned with both Verification, and Premium positioning you can charge more- IN theory. Also because on our platform we charge less fee’s technically you can make more on our platform without changing your fees as well.

It is $599 annually.

3-4 hours for the inspection. Typically, home inspections take 2-4 hours depending on the size of the property and its condition.

An inspection will ensure the property is safe, functional, and up to code. It can help to spot any maintenance issues or hazards that could affect guest experience or lead to costly repairs down the road. Also it is easier to draw up a list for the property maintenance on all appliances.

Verification is confirming that your property meets a set standard, and accreditation is official recognition of meeting a standard with Rules and Regulations in the area.

The subscription will renew annually at a rate of (Badge that you started with/ have).

Home inspectors provide a professional, non-biased assessment based on training and experience. While their grading reflects their expert opinion, please remember that it is still an interpretation and you are welcome to disagree or seek a second opinion. BRnX Travel simply facilitates the connection between both parties to ensure transparency and support, but the resolution remains between you and the inspector.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so. If you run into any issues or need help, please feel free to reach out at Info@brnxtravel.com . You are In our system for 30 days up to the withdrawal date, and then will not be charged from then on.
