Q. Why do I need to get my property verified?
Getting verified and accredited allows you to tap into our Trusted Traveler Community. People trust what’s proven—and our De Facto Seal makes that trust visible. Greater credibility leads to higher returns and better experiences for both guests and owners
Q. How do I get the De Facto Verified Property seal?
Email us at info@BRnXTravel.com. We’ll walk you through the process and help you get your place verified across the web.
Q. Why should I become an Accredited property?
e send out a property inspector and build out a list of things that make sure your property is up to date and has all the maintenance that comes with upkeeping a vacation rental. So there’s no downtime with fixing things before they become a problem

Q. Do you have insurance or will owners need their own?
Owners will provide their own insurance through our platform for verification purposes.
Q. What do you know about my local jurisdictional regulations?
Each jurisdiction has its own set of rules, which is why we have a team of experts that are versed in verification in all markets we are currently in.
Q. Do you offer property management services?
No. BRnX Travel Community does not provide full-service property management. In many jurisdictions, a licensed broker is required to provide services related to guest payments, taxes, booking reservations, etc. If you need a full-service solution, we will forward you to a BRnX Travel Community Accredited partner. You, as the owner, are responsible for managing your property; however, we do offer a vetted vendors list as part of our accreditation process.
Q. Do you have a list of recommended vendors (trades, etc.) for my jurisdiction?

Q. You talk about “community”. How do I get my recommended vendors on your list?
Submit your reasoning to info@BRnXTravel.com, and we will review whether the request is valid based on the area and jurisdictions we operate in.
Q. Who can rent a Listed property? What about Verified? Accredited?
Log in and sign up as an owner. Once you’re in our system, you’ll receive an email with a few questions about your property to determine if it can be verified.
Q. Do you have a 24/7 assistance line?

Q. Why should I become a member of the BRnX Travel Community?
Being a Trusted Traveler means being part of a community committed to ensuring you get what you pay for, and showing respect toward the properties you stay in during your travels.
Q. Why do I need to book a Verified property?
Booking a Verified property takes the guesswork out of whether the home is legitimate and actually has what it claims. There is a certain level of care that comes with a Verified home, including amenities and expectations.
Q. How do I get a hold of an owner?
Each property will have an on-site contact, either the owner or the individual who has verified the property.
Q. I need to change the dates of my reservation. How do I do that?
If a guest asks a change to a booking that has a direct link to verified guests, to verified owners.
Q. You talk about community. Where do I find the list of recommended local businesses?
Who are verified vendors, extracurricular activities, and vendors, and provide a deposit on the businesses. Local contact, people are looking for XYZ. Verify anything, for the owners.
Q. Why should I care about the “De Facto Seal”?
The De Facto Seal means that properties in our network are backed by our verification process, ensuring they cannot be duplicated or used in a scam. We’ve taken the steps to make sure it’s legitimate for you and our Traveler’s Community.
Q. How are you different than VRBO?
VRBO doesn’t offer the same level of verification or the backing of verified properties. We build from the ground up to ensure there’s no room for scams, that each property complies with regulations, and has proper insurance linked to it.
Q. What is the membership fee for Guests?
Free, but you must get verified as a Trusted Traveler before you can access properties in our Travelers Community.
Q. I’ve been burned before. What is your process for refunds?
How the perosn is connected with our website, and we are making sure the are legitimate. Provide refunds on the Owners policy, how does the person do it through each property. Verified properties, and the owner, is connected to the property, and we cant garantee the refund, and we do our due dillagence.
Who do I speak to if I’m unhappy?
We can help people find properties, and its owners to the guest.
